Print Copy Availability

Due to continued supply chain and shipping delays, print copy availability is subject to change. Publishers are doing everything in their power to send print copies on time. We have moved up our timelines, anticipating highly likely delays. We appreciate your flexibility if we need to switch you to a digital copy even after we’ve confirmed you as a print copy. If such a change is necessary, we will do all we can to help you fulfill the tour.

Frequently Asked Questions

I signed up as a Booksage host. What now?
  • As one of our hosts, you will get an email newsletter with our newest campaigns twice a month.
  • You must sign up for each campaign individually to be considered for a stop (exception: newsletter-only open campaigns do not include sign-ups).
How do I sign up for a specific campaign?
  • You can sign up for a specific campaign by clicking the banner image for the campaign in our newsletter to access the signup form.
  • Most campaigns will also be available on our website. Again, click on the specific campaign banner to access the signup form.
I filled out a campaign sign-up form. Now what?
  • Once you complete the form, you will receive a copy of your submission via email. Please add your selected dates to your calendar.
  • We will review all submissions at the close of the signup period. All hosts who sign up will be notified with either a “welcome” email or an email stating they were not selected.
Why wasn’t I selected for a particular campaign?
  • We can’t give a general answer here since it depends on the campaign. Clients sometimes have specific criteria that may not have been met. Or it could simply be there were limited spots, or the selection was random.
  • If you have questions about a particular campaign, please reply to the email sent to you.
After I receive the welcome email, what do I do?
  • After receiving the welcome email, you should verify your availability on the assigned date and mark it on your calendar.
  • If you aren’t available, please respond to the email by the provided deadline.
  • If you are available, there’s nothing else to do except post on your assigned date. A campaign asset email will be sent within a week before the campaign date. That email will have all the information you’ll need for your post.
What if I have questions or concerns regarding the campaign (and/or book content) after I receive an email?
  • Please “reply all” directly to the email. We work as a team, so it is more efficient if you reach out to each of us involved in the campaign email so whoever is available can respond as soon as possible.
  • Please don’t hesitate to contact us. We value your open and honest communication.
  • Please DO NOT wait until the last minute (i.e., the day before the campaign begins) to ask questions.
  • Please be patient with our reply, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Can I post on another day of the campaign?
  • No. Please post on your assigned date.
  • If you need to change your assigned date, please “reply all” to the campaign welcome email as soon as possible and arrange for another assigned date.
What happens if I miss a campaign assignment?
  • If you missed an assigned campaign stop (without notifying us in advance), your post will be counted as missed.
  • If your post is lacking the required information, we will contact you to request an update.
  • After three inadequate or missed posts, you will be placed on probation for up to 3-6 months.
  • Please review our terms & conditions set forth for our hosts for specific violations that will automatically remove you from our team and campaigns.
What if I have an emergency and won’t be able to participate in the campaign?
  • We respect that. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can update the campaign schedule and make other arrangements.
  • Our goal is to communicate and support each other in love and grace while respecting your privacy.
  • Please feel free to come to us with any prayer concerns. Rest assured, all requests will be kept confidential within the Booksages leadership.
